Jon Cox, Sales Associate

Having lived in Woodward most of his life, Jon is a Woodward native.  He graduated from Woodward High School in 2000, attended NWOSU, and then went to work in a booming oilfield right here in NW Oklahoma.

Jon entertained the thought of a real estate career in the past but was content and remained in the oilfield industry for nearly 18 years (the last 8 in sales).  Then, ready for a change, Jon left the field he had known for so long and pursued his real estate license.  His ability and determination was evident when he completed his pre-license work and passed his Real Estate exam in just 2.5 week time. 

Jon is married to his beautiful wife Keisha and they have 2 amazing kids.  When they aren’t busy chasing kids, Jon and Keisha both serve in multiple capacities at the First Baptist Church in Mooreland.  Also the owner of Cox Knives, Jon loves making custom knives and is quite talented.

Jon is known in and around the community for his sincere attitude, work ethic, and honesty.  We are honored to have Jon with us on this real estate journey at Smith & Co!
