Ira did a great job of selling our 715 acre farm in Ellis County. Before the selling contract was made, Ira showed the land many times, always keeping me informed of any progress. From original contract date to closing date, over four months passed. That was a gruelling time. FSA was involved in making the buyer loan, abstracting took a long time, title opinion also took a long time. I cannot tell how many times Ira and I texted, emailed and talked on the phone. Even though I probably bothered him too much, he was always very kind and responsive. I highly recommend Ira for your farm and ranch sales.
